The Yellow Wall: Silver on Yellow. Part One.

IG is an interesting service, you make friends, connect with car lovers (or whatever you are passionate about), but not only is it fun to interact, you get to learn how other people practice their passion, or crazyiness, regardless its always fun. Recently I had been looking at different car colors and I stumbled upon an orange 911 paired with a large gray wall behind it, the contrast was awesome and I decided to look for my own wall, or my own canvas for a short serie  of, you know it, my 3 cars. If lucky, I will take the Macan for a shot.

The Wall

It was hard to find a large wall facing East or West. Seems most are facing North or South wich makes it less vivid, given that there is less light. My search took me to fly over the city using Apple Maps and Google Maps to seek my potential canvas locations. After a 30 min search, I decided to use the wall nest to my job. There is a small Shopping Center, and thankfully Walmart has a massive yellow wall. And here we are, my Yellow Canvas.

Part One

After looking online, I found what I need by foot. The next morning I drove early to avoid cars and trailers. The Yellow Wall is located in the rear section of the shopping center, in other words, loading docks, trucks, etc. Luckily the one driver who was partially blocked by my photo session was fun enough to pretend to take photos of my car while driving his rig, a very nice smile and an effusive thumbs up by the driver and he steered elsewhere to let me try out my new canvas.

Here are the photos of my 991S, aka as Carrera. The session is called: Silver on Yellow
